Often, chiropractic adjustments are just what you need to relieve back pain, neck pain, headaches or pain that is the result of musculoskeletal injuries or conditions. At Kayal Chiropractic Center, we focus on safe, drug-free, noninvasive chiropractic therapies that can alleviate pain from chronic conditions, sports injuries, accidents, stress, muscle strains and sprains—and more.
We welcome patients of all ages and will customize your treatment plan to your unique needs and condition. Our goals is to restore your body to its pain-free, optimal function.
Chiropractic services can be invaluable when you suffer from orthopaedic injuries, headaches, numbness and tingling, sprains and strains and auto and work-related injuries. They also can improve outcomes during your pre-operative and post-operative rehabilitation.
Discover the advantages
In addition to relieving your pain, our advanced chiropractic services have numerous other benefits.
Chiropractic care improves: joint mobility and function, athletic performance, muscle contractibility, nerve system function, organ system function (heart, lung, sinuses, digestive, etc.), circulation, sleep and cognitive ability.
It decreases: joint degeneration, inflammation and stress.
It also speeds the recovery process, strengthens the immune system and increases energy and vitality.
Before your appointment, we will send you paperwork to fill out. You should bring any relevant health records along with you.
During your first visit, your doctor will explain how joint problems can occur and how chiropractic adjustments are used to correct them. To help make your appointment as valuable as possible, try to be as specific as possible about the problems you are experiencing.
You will be asked to lie down on a table for your adjustment. Make sure to wear loose-fitting clothes. (Think relaxing at home or attending yoga class.) Choose clothes that will make it easy to get on and off the table with ease (shorts or pants rather than skirts or dresses).
Relax. Your doctor will be manipulating and adjusting your body. Relaxing will help make this process as smooth and effective as possible.
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. We care about you and want you to feel comfortable.
Take notes. Your doctor may want you to do (or not do) certain things after your adjustments. Writing them down will help you remember once you get home.
