In July, the auditorium was packed when we invited the public to meet our Stryker Mako robot and learn how this valuable tool can improve outcomes during total and partial knee replacement surgery and total hip replacement surgery for patients in Paramus, NJ, and beyond.
The event was so successful that we’re doing it again—this time on Sept. 25 at Hackensack Meridian Health/Pascack Valley Medical Center. Make sure to reserve your spot early because this session is expected to fill up quickly, too. There is no charge, but reservations are recommended. To reserve your space, please call 844.281.1783.
You’ll hear from Dr. Robert A. Kayal, our founder and CEO, and Dr. Victor Ortiz, our chief of hip services. They will discuss both nonsurgical and surgical treatment options for arthritis and other painful conditions of the knee and hip. They’ll also describe the advantages that surgery with the Mako robotic arm offers to patients.
You’ll have the opportunity to see the Mako robotic arm for yourself and have your questions answered by Dr. Kayal and Dr. Ortiz. Lunch, which will be provided by Stryker, will be served at 11:30 a.m. The presentation will follow from noon to 1 p.m.
Dr. Kayal and Dr. Ortiz both have undergone specialized training to use the robotic arm during total knee replacement, total hip replacement, partial knee replacement and patellofemoral replacement surgeries. The result is greater precision and control during surgical procedures. The robotic arm, combined with your surgeon’s skill and experience, can result in faster recovery times and better outcomes.
Robotic-assisted surgery is one of the many tools the team at the Kayal Robotic Joint Replacement Center uses in the operating room for certain hip replacement and knee replacement surgery patients in Paramus, NJ, and nearby. The Mako robotic can help achieve our goals, which include reducing pain, smoothing recoveries and maximizing results.
You can rely on the Kayal team for all of your orthopaedic needs, including:
